Camera's - of any shape or form. I hate them and I hate having my picture taken. Whenever a camera rears it's ugly lens, I disappear. The lens can ve gross invasion of (my) life. We all love memories, although I can't see any point in 'happy snapshots' that serve to remind you of how fucking ugly you become as you age, nor remind you of torment that can evoke sadness.
It's funny that I vent such spleen, as I think back to my childhood and realise there are so few photo's in existence which record my growing up. Money was scarce - a photo deemed a luxury. There exists perhaps the total of three photos of myself with childhood friends (from the entirety of childhood)....then again, there were no childhood friends. Too young to understand, I spent a lot of time alone as a child.
I also avoid mirrors.
